We support businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals through their legal matters, whether corporate transactions, employment relationships, civil disputes, or immigration projects. Every mandate is handled with rigour, within a clear framework and with constant attention to the client's concrete objectives.

Depending on the nature of the mandate, our services are offered on a flat-fee or hourly basis, within a transparent and predictable framework agreed upon at the outset of the file.

Business and Corporate Law

We assist at every stage of a company's life, from incorporation through reorganizations to ongoing compliance. Our practice covers companies incorporated under Quebec's Business Corporations Act as well as those under the federal regime or other Canadian provinces.

  • Reconstruction of lost or incomplete minute books

  • Updating filings with the Registraire des entreprises or Corporations Canada

  • Appointments, resignations, and replacements of directors and officers

  • Coordination with accountants and tax specialists through to closing
